Ingredients
- 8 ounces (2 4-oz logs) Roth Garlic Herb Chèvre goat cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- Zest of 1 small lemon
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Crackers, cut-up vegetables & fruit, for dipping (optional)
Method
- Blend goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
- Season with salt & pepper, to taste.
- Serve with crackers, cut-up vegetables and/or fruit (optional).
