This comforting tomato soup is topped with crispy crostini and creamy grilled Roth Tomato Basil Havarti cheese, making it the ultimate cozy meal with a rich and savory twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices baguette
  • 4 slices Roth Tomato Basil Havarti Cheese

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
