Ingredients

  • 6 oz Roth Spinach Artichoke Gouda, sliced
  • 6 oz Roth Buttermilk Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 6 oz Roth Creamy Havarti, sliced
  • Fresh strawberries, halved
  • Fresh sugar snap peas
  • Raspberries
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Assorted crackers and/or sliced baguette
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Mixed nuts (optional)

Method

  1. On a large serving board, arrange the cheeses—Spinach Artichoke Gouda slices, Buttermilk Blue crumbles, and Creamy Havarti slices—strategically in different sections of the board.
  2. Surround the cheeses with fresh spring produce such as strawberries, snap peas, cucumber slices, peppers, and raspberries.
