When you need a kick of heat, this Spicy Jalapeño Grilled Cheese with our creamy yet kicky Jalapeño Havarti delivers.

Ingredients
- 4 slices grainy bread
- 1 (6-oz) block Roth Jalapeño Havarti cheese, shredded
- 1-2 tablespoons pimentos
- 1/3 cup jarred jalapeño peppers (or as many as you want!)
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh arugula
- 2 tablespoons butter
Method
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- On two slices of bread, layer half the shredded cheese, followed by pimentos, jalapeño peppers, and a small mound of arugula.
- Place in the hot pan and top with remaining cheese. Place the two remaining slices of bread on top. Place a lid over the skillet, and grill for two minutes.
- Gently flip and grill another two to three minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted and bread is toasty and brown.
- Slice and serve!
