These nachos are packed with flavor, featuring melty smoked Gouda cheese, hearty chili, and a spicy kick from jalapeños. Perfect for game days or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Roth Smoked Gouda, shredded
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup chili (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter. Spoon the chili evenly over the chips, then top with shredded smoked Gouda, diced tomato, diced red onion, and sliced jalapeños.
  3. Place the nachos in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove the nachos from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately.
