Ingredients
- 8 oz Roth Smoked Gouda, shredded
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup chili (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter. Spoon the chili evenly over the chips, then top with shredded smoked Gouda, diced tomato, diced red onion, and sliced jalapeños.
