Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen phyllo cups (about 30 total)
- 2 Italian sausage links
- 1 (6-oz) wedge Roth Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
Method
- Preheat oven according to phyllo package directions.
- Remove the casings from sausage links, and crumble with your fingers. Brown the sausage in pan until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the browned sausage and cheese, then fill each phyllo cup with the mixture. Bake for about 12 to 14 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped chives, and serve immediately.
