Sausage and Smoked Gouda Cheese Cups

These 4-ingredient Sausage and Smoked Gouda Cheese Cups are so easy and perfect for any occasion: game days, BBQs, picnics, snacking, or even dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen phyllo cups (about 30 total)
  • 2 Italian sausage links
  • 1 (6-oz) wedge Roth Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives

Method

  1. Preheat oven according to phyllo package directions. 
  2. Remove the casings from sausage links, and crumble with your fingers. Brown the sausage in pan until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. 
  3. In a bowl, combine the browned sausage and cheese, then fill each phyllo cup with the mixture. Bake for about 12 to 14 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives, and serve immediately.
