This vibrant cheese board is a celebration of tangy and savory flavors with a variety of pickled vegetables paired with rich cheeses. Featuring Buttermilk Blue, Dill Havarti, and Spinach & Artichoke Gouda, it's perfect for snacking or as an appetizer for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Pickled vegetables: onions, beans, asparagus, peppers, cornichons, pickles, and olives
  • 4 oz Roth Buttermilk Blue cheese wedge
  • 6 oz Roth Dill Havarti cheese
  • 6 oz Roth Spinach & Artichoke Gouda cheese

Method

  1. Arrange pickled vegetables on a large serving platter or board.
  2. Slice and arrange the Buttermilk Blue, Dill Havarti, and Spinach & Artichoke Gouda cheeses on the board.
  3. Garnish with any extra herbs or small bowls of additional pickles, if desired.
  4. Serve with crackers or bread if desired.
