These bite-sized cheese board crackers combine Roth Grand Cru, Gouda, and Buttermilk Blue Crumbles with red pepper jelly, salami, and toppings like cornichons and pecans. Perfect for holiday parties or as an elegant snack.

Ingredients

  • 12 crackers
  • 2-3 tablespoons red pepper jelly (or your favorite preserve)
  • Small slices of Roth Grand Cru Cheese
  • Small slices of Roth Gouda Cheese
  • Roth Buttermilk Blue Crumbles
  • 6 slices salami, halved and rolled
  • 6 cornichons, halved
  • 6 pecans
  • 6 cherries (fresh or maraschino)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Method

  1. Spread a small amount of red pepper jelly on each cracker.
  2. Add a small slice of Roth Grand Cru, Roth Gouda, and a sprinkle of Roth Buttermilk Blue Crumbles on top of the jelly.
  3. Roll up half a slice of salami and place it on the cracker.
  4. Top each cracker with half a cornichon, a pecan, and a cherry.
  5. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary for a festive touch.
