Ingredients
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped basil
- 1 Tbsp chopped thyme
- ¼ tsp or more red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 6 oz Roth Creamy Havarti, cubed
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add cubed Creamy Havarti to the bowl, making sure each piece is coated in the marinade.
- Let the cheese marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature for the flavors to meld together.
- Serve immediately or transfer the marinated cheese to a jar and refrigerate for later use. Bring to room temperature before serving.
