Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4-6 oz Roth Dill Havarti
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 leeks, halved and thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and the onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
- Add the leeks, garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until softened and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles. Mark a border around each piece and prick the middle with a fork to keep the center from rising.
- Lay strips of Roth Dill Havarti onto the middle of each piece of puff pastry. Top with the leek and onion mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
