Ingredients
- 1/2 block (4 ounces) cream cheese
- 1 (6-oz) block Roth Jalapeño Havarti cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 (2-oz) jar pimentos
- 4 hamburger pickles or 1-2 sliced baby gherkins
- 1 garlic clove, out of its skin
- 2 tablespoons jarred jalapeño juice
- Crackers or bread, to serve
Method
- Combine everything except the crackers and bread in a food processor.
- Pulse until you reach your desired consistency, pulsing more for a smoother texture.
- Serve with crackers or bread, and enjoy!
