Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread (sourdough or your preferred type)
- 4 oz Roth Gouda cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Method
- Prepare the Sandwich: Layer shredded Gouda and pepperoni on two slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Butter the Bread: Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
- Grill the Sandwiches: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy and golden.
- Serve: Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and drizzle over hot honey. Serve warm.
