Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 oz Roth Horseradish Havarti, shredded
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp salt
Method
- In a large stockpot, boil the peeled and quartered potatoes in salted water until softened, about 30 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, milk, Roth Horseradish Havarti, cream cheese, and salt to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and well combined.
- Serve immediately.
