Creamy and smooth mashed potatoes with a bold kick from Roth Horseradish Havarti and cream cheese for added richness.

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 oz Roth Horseradish Havarti, shredded
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp salt

Method

  1. In a large stockpot, boil the peeled and quartered potatoes in salted water until softened, about 30 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  2. Add butter, milk, Roth Horseradish Havarti, cream cheese, and salt to the potatoes. Mash until smooth and well combined.
  3. Serve immediately.
