This cheesy peach crostini recipe is a quick, salty-sweet appetizer. With fresh peach slices, prosciutto, basil and honey, the best part is the melty layer of Havarti cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced to 1/2-inch thickness
- 2 (6-oz) wedges Roth Creamy Havarti cheese, sliced
- 4 peaches, sliced
- 10 to 14 slices prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Honey, for garnish
Method
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Arrange baguette slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with slices of Havarti, then peach slices on top of that.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- To serve, top each round with a slice of prosciutto, basil leaves and a drizzle of honey.
