Fun and spooky Halloween-themed cheese and crackers, featuring Roth cheeses shaped into festive designs and a creepy spider dip for a ghoulish snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) Roth Buffalo Ranch Gouda cheese
  • 1 (6 oz) Roth Jalapeno Havarti cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) Roth Caramelized Onion Cheese Dip & Spread
  • Whole black olives
  • Olive slices

Method

  1. Create Halloween Cheese Shapes: Using Halloween cookie cutters (e.g., ghosts, pumpkins, bats), cut out shapes from the Roth cheeses.
  2. Prepare the Crackers: Arrange the crackers on a serving platter and place a fun cheese shape on top of each.
  3. Make the Spider Dip: Use a cookie scoop to form small mounds of your favorite Roth dip. Place the scoop of dip onto a separate plate.
  4. Decorate the Spider: Place one whole olive on top of each dip mound to create the spider’s body. Use the olive slices to create the spider’s legs by arranging them around the dip.
