Ingredients
- 8 oz Roth Grand Cru, cut into finger shapes
- Red bell pepper slices for fingernails
- 8 oz Roth Dill Havarti, cut into cubes
- 8 oz Roth Buffalo Ranch Gouda Dip & Spread
- Roth Spinach Artichoke Gouda & Roth Jalapeno Havarti cheese, cut into spooky shapes (bats, pumpkins, ghosts, etc.) with cookie cutters
- Crackers
- Sliced veggies (e.g., peppers, cucumbers)
- Fresh fruit (e.g., apple slices, grapes)
- Halloween candy
- Olives
Method
- Prepare the Grand Cru Fingers: Cut Roth Grand Cru into finger-sized shapes. Use small red bell pepper slices to create “fingernails” by gently pressing them into one end of each cheese “finger.”
- Create the Dill Havarti Ghosts: Cut the Dill Havarti cheese into cubes. Place them in a half circle and add olives as the eyes and mouth.
- Add Dip to Board: Transfer the dip to a small bowl and place on the cheeseboard for dipping.
- Assemble the Spooky Cut-Outs: Cut spooky shapes from other Roth cheeses using Halloween-themed cookie cutters (bats, pumpkins, witches, etc.).
- Additionally: Surround the cheese and dip with crackers, veggies, pickles, nuts, fresh fruit, and olives for a complete Halloween-themed spread.
