A creamy and flavorful dip made with Roth Gouda cheese, Guinness beer, and a hint of Dijon mustard, perfect for serving with baked waffle fries or your favorite dippers.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Guinness beer
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 oz Roth Gouda Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

Method

  1. In a large bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to whip the softened cream cheese with the Guinness, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the shredded Gouda cheese and blend on low until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped green onions with a spatula.
  4. Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld.
