Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Guinness beer
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz Roth Gouda Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
