This Croissant Quiche combines buttery croissants with a rich, savory filling of Roth Grand Cru cheese, eggs, and your favorite toppings like spinach, shallots, and prosciutto. It's an easy, elegant breakfast or brunch option that feels indulgent but is simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Roth Grand Cru cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup toppings of your choice (e.g., diced shallots, chopped spinach, prosciutto)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, shredded Roth Grand Cru cheese, and your choice of toppings. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the top off each croissant and press down the inside or remove it completely to create space for the filling.
  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture into each croissant.
  5. Place the filled croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the croissants are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
