This creamy taco dip, topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and shredded Gouda, is perfect for game days or casual gatherings. Serve it with crunchy corn chips for the ultimate party snack.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz brick-style cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup finely chopped lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes, seeds removed and chopped
  • ½ cup olives, sliced
  • 1 ¼ cup Gouda, shredded
  • Corn chips, for serving

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until smooth and well combined.
