Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped and divided
- 1 cup pecans, chopped and divided
- ¼ cup chives, chopped and divided
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, ¾ of the Gouda cheese, ¾ of the toasted pecans, ¾ of the dried cranberries, ¾ of the chive, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place mixture in the center of a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper and cover completely with wrap while forming it into a ball shape. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, combine remaining Gouda, pecans, dried cranberries, and chives in a shallow bowl or plate. Unwrap the ball and roll in cranberry-pecan mixture.
