These crunchy, savory Gouda cheese crisps are perfect for snacking or as a topping for soups and salads. Simple to make and full of cheesy flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Gouda cheese, shredded (per crisp)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place 2-tablespoon mounds of shredded Gouda cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted and crisped up.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the crisps to cool on the parchment paper. Once cooled, carefully remove the crisps and serve immediately, or store them in an airtight container.
