A creative cheese ball shaped like a pinecone, made with Roth Buttery Garlic & Herb Dips and coated with almonds for a delightful holiday appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 containers of Roth Buttery Garlic & Herb Cheese Dip
  • Cling wrap
  • 1 cup whole almonds (raw or toasted)
  • Assorted crackers (for serving)

Method

  1. Prepare the Cheese Ball: Scoop the contents of the two containers of Roth Buttery Garlic & Herb Dip onto a sheet of cling wrap. Gather the cling wrap around the dip and twist the ends to form a ball. Shape it into a pinecone shape while still wrapped. If needed, refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  2. Coat with Almonds: Once the cheese ball is firm, unwrap it from the cling wrap. Press the rounded ends of the almonds into the cheese ball, positioning them with the points slightly leaning toward the pointed end of the cheese ball. Ensure to cover the cheese ball completely with almonds.
  3. Serve: Place the almond-coated cheese ball on a serving platter and surround it with assorted crackers for dipping.
