This creative dip presentation, served in a clean clay pot, is filled with a cheesy, flavorful pimento cheese dip. For a decorative touch, straws are placed into the dip, each holding a fresh flower to mimic a potted plant!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Roth Creamy Havarti cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Roth Grand Cru® cheese
  • 1/2 cup jarred pimentos, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup thinly-sliced scallions
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Roth Creamy Havarti, Roth Grand Cru®, pimentos, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Chill the dip for at least 3 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
  3. Take a clean clay pot and line the inside with aluminum foil. Spoon the dip into the pot.
  4. Insert straws into the dip and place a fresh flower in each straw to create the appearance of a potted plant.
  5. Serve with crackers or bread for dipping.
