Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup canned white beans, drained
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shredded Roth Dill Havarti (or Jalapeño Havarti for extra heat)
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Purée cream cheese, beans, water, and pickle juice in a food processor. Add Dill Havarti and pulse 10 times. Scoop mixture into a bowl, and mix in remaining ingredients. Chill for one hour before serving, if possible.
