Dill Havarti and Pickle Grilled Cheese

A tangy, flavorful grilled cheese featuring Roth Dill Havarti, crunchy pickles, and a drizzle of ranch for an extra kick.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 oz Roth Dill Havarti cheese, shredded
  • 2-3 pickle slices
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing (to dip)
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened

Method

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer the Roth Dill Havarti cheese and pickles on top of the bread.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve immediately. Optional: Serve with a side of ranch.
