Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 oz Roth Dill Havarti cheese, shredded
- 2-3 pickle slices
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing (to dip)
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Method
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer the Roth Dill Havarti cheese and pickles on top of the bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve immediately. Optional: Serve with a side of ranch.
