- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Leaf lettuce

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion the meat into small balls and press each into a thick patty.
