These Pear Crostini offer a delightful combination of flavors with creamy Havarti cheese, sweet pears, and a touch of honey. The crispy baguette serves as the perfect base, while fresh rosemary adds an aromatic finish. Ideal for an elegant appetizer or a sophisticated snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced ½ inch thick
  • Roth Creamy Havarti cheese, sliced
  • 2 pears, halved, cored, and thinly sliced
  • Honey
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a large baking sheet. Top each slice with a piece of Creamy Havarti cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
