Cranberry Jalapeno Chutney is the perfect condiment for pairing with Roth Grand Cru® cheese. Tangy, spicy, juicy, and even better, so easy to make!

Ingredients
- For the Chutney:
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeño pepper, minced (remove seeds and ribs for a less spicy chutney)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- For Serving:
- 1 to 2 (6-oz) wedges Roth Grand Cru® cheese
- Crackers
Method
- Add all the chutney ingredients to a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat until everything softens and thickens.
- Layer chutney with slices of Grand Cru® atop crackers. Enjoy!
