Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices Roth Gouda cheese
- 4 onion rings (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- Lettuce (optional)
- Sliced tomato (optional)
Method
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties, season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Gouda on each burger to melt.
