You don't need to order takeout for this jalapeno chicken pizza! Made even better (and spicier!) with our flavorful Jalapeño Havarti cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup of your favorite pizza sauce
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (bones and skins discarded)
- 1 (6-oz) wedge Roth Jalapeño Havarti cheese, shredded
- 4 store-bought naan flatbreads
- 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
- Fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to broil on high.
- Arrange frozen corn on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt. Broil for 8 to 12 minutes, or until charred and blistered.
- Turn oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spoon equal amounts of pizza sauce over each naan bread. Top each with shredded chicken, broiled corn, and Jalapeño Havarti cheese.
- Place a few jalapeños on top of each pizza, and bake 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and browned.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve immediately!
