- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 teaspoons chili powder, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño (remove rib and seeds for less spice)

Method
For the Burgers:
- Preheat grill to medium-high.

- Meanwhile, lightly toast rolls on grill, if desired.
- To assemble sandwiches, spread one tablespoon Zesty Mayonnaise on the bottom of each bun. Top with chicken patty and mixed greens, if desired.
For the Zesty Mayonnaise:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and refrigerate.
