Ingredients
- 1 pound fusilli spiral pasta
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 half cucumber, quartered and sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¾ cup black or green olives, sliced (optional)
- 6 ounces Roth Creamy Havarti Cheese, diced
- ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon each dried dill, oregano, and garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup olive oil
- Fresh ground black pepper
Method
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cool water until it reaches room temperature.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, olives, and diced Roth Creamy Havarti Cheese.
