Total Time
Festive pumpkin pie-shaped crackers using Roth Aged Gouda and Caramelized Onion Dip, perfect for a quick and fun fall snack!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Roth Aged Gouda, cut into small triangles (enough to fit on top of a Triscuit Thin Crisp)
  • 1 (8 oz) Roth Caramelized Onion Dip & Spread
  • Triscuit Thin Crisps
  • Chicken in a Biskit crackers

Method

  1. Prepare the Cheese Triangles: Cut Roth Aged Gouda into small, pie-like triangle shapes to fit on top of the Triscuit Thin Crisps.
  2. Assemble the Crackers: Place a small dollop of Roth Caramelized Onion Dip on the back of each cheese triangle to act as an adhesive. Stick the cheese triangle onto the Triscuit Thin Crisp. Use a little more of the dip on the back of the cheese to attach a Chicken in a Biskit cracker to resemble the “pie crust.”
  3. Pipe the “Whipped Cream”: Fill a small piping bag (or a plastic sandwich bag with the tip cut off) with extra Roth Caramelized Onion Dip. Pipe a small swirl on top of each cheese triangle to resemble “whipped cream.”
