These savory, cheesy pull-apart muffins are packed with Roth Grand Cru and fresh herbs, making them a perfect addition to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuits, diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 oz Roth Grand Cru, diced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced biscuits, parsley, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, melted butter, and Roth Grand Cru. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into balls. Place each ball into a muffin cup.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
