These Hot Honey, Ham & Gouda Sliders are the perfect combination of sweet and savory, featuring Hawaiian rolls filled with Gouda cheese and ham, and topped with a buttery hot honey glaze.
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning
- 1 pound Hawaiian rolls
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ pound ham
- 6 oz Gouda cheese, shredded
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, hot honey, Dijon mustard, and Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, placing the bottom half in the prepared baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over the rolls.
- Layer the ham over the rolls and sprinkle the shredded Gouda on top.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the ham and Gouda. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sliders are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve immediately.
