These Hot Honey, Ham & Gouda Sliders are the perfect combination of sweet and savory, featuring Hawaiian rolls filled with Gouda cheese and ham, and topped with a buttery hot honey glaze.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 pound Hawaiian rolls
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ pound ham
  • 6 oz Gouda cheese, shredded

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, hot honey, Dijon mustard, and Everything Bagel seasoning.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, placing the bottom half in the prepared baking dish. Spread mayonnaise over the rolls.
  4. Layer the ham over the rolls and sprinkle the shredded Gouda on top.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the ham and Gouda. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sliders are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve immediately.
