This warm, gooey caramel apple dip with creamy Havarti cheese is perfect for cozy fall days or as a holiday appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Roth Havarti cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 medium tart apples, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the Havarti cheese in a shallow baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  3. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the edges are melted.
  4. Drizzle the caramel over the melted cheese and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with apple wedges.
