This warm, gooey caramel apple dip with creamy Havarti cheese is perfect for cozy fall days or as a holiday appetizer.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Roth Havarti cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 2 medium tart apples, cut into wedges
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the Havarti cheese in a shallow baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the edges are melted.
- Drizzle the caramel over the melted cheese and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with apple wedges.
