Turn your Thanksgiving leftovers into the ultimate grilled cheese! This sandwich layers cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing, and Grand Cru, with a side of gravy for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2-3 slices of turkey (pulled or sliced)
  • ¼ cup leftover stuffing
  • 2-3 slices of Roth Grand Cru
  • Butter for spreading on bread
  • Leftover gravy, for dipping

Method

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread cranberry sauce evenly.
  2. Layer the turkey, stuffing, and slices of Grand Cru on top of the cranberry sauce.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side facing out.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with a side of leftover gravy for dipping.
