Turn your Thanksgiving leftovers into the ultimate grilled cheese! This sandwich layers cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing, and Grand Cru, with a side of gravy for dipping.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2-3 slices of turkey (pulled or sliced)
- ¼ cup leftover stuffing
- 2-3 slices of Roth Grand Cru
- Butter for spreading on bread
- Leftover gravy, for dipping
Method
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread cranberry sauce evenly.
- Layer the turkey, stuffing, and slices of Grand Cru on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with a side of leftover gravy for dipping.
