Ingredients
- 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, white, or whole grain)
- 4 oz Roth Tomato Basil Havarti Cheese, shredded (use the remaining cheese for snacking)
- 3 tablespoons sautéed spinach
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Method
- Add half of the cheese to one slice of sourdough and top with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Add the rest of the cheese and the top piece of bread.
- Butter the exterior of the sandwich and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Add to your frying pan and cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute or two before serving.
