Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 tsp Balsamic Glaze (more for topping, if desired)
- 1 tsp Thyme
- ¾ cup Roth Grand Cru Cheese, divided
- 6 pieces Prosciutto
- 1 Sheet Puff Pastry, cut into 6 rectangles
- 1 egg + 1 Tbsp water for egg wash
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On the prepared baking sheet, pour 1 Tbsp of olive oil and top with 1 tsp of balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with thyme and about 1 tablespoon of grated Grand Cru.
- Place a piece of prosciutto on top, followed by a rectangle of puff pastry.
- Flatten the edges of the puff pastry with a fork to seal the layers.
- Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with additional grated Grand Cru.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately, drizzling more balsamic glaze on top if desired.
