Elevate your classic garlic bread with the rich, savory flavors of French Onion Havarti. This simple yet flavorful recipe is perfect as a side dish for any meal or as a standalone appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced in half lengthwise
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ cups Roth French Onion Havarti, shredded
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with garlic powder and shredded Roth French Onion Havarti cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic cheese butter evenly on the cut sides of the baguette halves.
  4. Cover the bread in tinfoil and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and sprinkle shredded Roth French Onion Havarti generously on top. Slice and serve warm.
