Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ cup Roth Buttermilk Blue Cheese Crumbles
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400° then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold puff pastry sheet then cut into 9 squares.
- Mix together egg and water for the egg wash. Brush over puff pastry squares.
- Top with Buttermilk Blue Crumbles in the middle of each square. Fold over two opposite corners of the puff pastry so they meet in the middle. Press together.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Top with pomegranate seeds and extra Buttermilk Blue Crumbles.
