Ingredients
- 1 package of pre-made pie crusts (contains 2 crusts)
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 4 oz Roth Grand Cru cheese, shredded
- 6 slices of prosciutto, torn into small pieces
- Microgreens for garnish
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Using a round cutter (about 2 inches in diameter), cut out circles of pie dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a small spoonful of fig jam onto each pie crust circle. Sprinkle with shredded Grand Cru cheese. Top each with a small piece of prosciutto.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pie crusts are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with microgreens before serving.
