Tis' the season for cheese balls! This bacon fig cheese ball has nutty Grand Cru®, salty bacon, and both dried figs & fig jam. Even better—it takes just 5 minutes to assemble, and you've got a holiday-worthy appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) wedge Roth Grand Cru® cheese, grated
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crumbled crispy bacon
- 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fig jam
- 1/2 cup candied nuts, crushed
- Salt
Method
- In a medium bowl, whip Grand Cru®, cream cheese, bacon, dried figs, fig jam, and a pinch of salt until well-mixed.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove and shape into a ball, then roll in crushed candied nuts.
- Serve with crackers and fresh fruit, such as grapes and figs.
